ok heres my set up
EF civic hb
b16a (first gen)
14/50/195 azenis .
heres my question :
what pressure for tyres?
how many laps can i do in a row?
how many minutes till next session>?
a type r can do a lap, 1:15 min
also any other ideas, advice for first timers

I would try a little bit over stock pressure (~2-3 psi/0.13-0.20 bar) and see how that works/feels.

Can't really answer your questions without lots more information. The best suggestion is to attend several track activities to help out someone who is on the track before committing yourself. There are a lot of little tricks that you can pick up to make your life easier.
