I just got a b16 powered crx, the motor came from nippon motorsports, and i am wondering how impossible it would be to get it smogged at a regular smog place. I am planning on trying to get the pre smog, and if that doesnt work then i will just go to the ref, and if anyone knows how i go about that or how long the ref will take please let me know...

 

Dont go to the ref. Go to a mom and pop place, and make it look as stock as possible. Have all smog stuff hooked up properley. Mine passed with ease. Ryan

 

yeah i think all the smog goo gaas are hooked up, im gonna do a pre smog, that should tell me if emissions will pass, its the visual that im worried about
