just curious if anyone knows the story on the wheels i saw on Tire Racks catalog, Kazera KZ-M 15x7 4x100 13.2lbs labelled as Spec Miata wheel. couple curious questions

First: where'd kazera come from? im gonna take a guess and say Kosei marketing department decided on a facelift, but thats just a guess.

Second: Spec miata now has a spec wheel???? im hoping it means this wheel is just legal for SM.

No spec wheel, but those wheels meet the wheel requirements

13 lb. minimum, 15" required.

Kosei K1s are very popular, as are Team Dynamics.

 

elgory is correct. there is no spec wheel, (but they do have a spec tire). 15x7 w/max offset of +30 and 13lb min weight. team dynamics pro race 1 and 2 along with the kosei's are the most popular wheels, with enkei not far behind.
