At first when ralphy mentioned it to me...i'm like...cool but sorta let it pass like ok. then when i saw this....I see his point

 

definately valid point - but when your a small business owner who didnt think ahead (sometimes b/c he is so nice, his naivete gets him taken advantage of) you get screwed and there isnt much you can do.... its sucks, but hopefully you learn from your mistakes.

cant have a valid case unless your image, identity or likeness are portrayed. (i think those are the 3.) they skirted around those issues pretty well.

 

i agree but having an article writen about you doesn't make one think a movie is coming. Most are happy with an article and not thinking i should reserve all rights. basically your taking on the whale and unless ya got a harpoon your pretty much gonna loose. Object is to either get that harpoon or plug the breather hole with a golf ball like George Kastanza
