WTB: 98+ black bumper

Located in Norcal....Trying to find a rear bumper with lil to no scratches at all.

I have a rear bumper with no dents but with cracked paint in the center due to a towing accident. Not trying to get it repainted so yes. Reply in this thread. I got the CASH
