I have honda civic hx rims and i want to powder coat them black. WHERE DO I BUY IT, WHAT BRAND DO I BUY, WHAT is the PROCES, DOSE IT TURN OUT GOOD

-Basically they run an electric charge through the wheel, spray the wheel with "powder", which is attracted to the wheel, and bake the wheel so that the powder adheres to the wheel.

Now quit using caps, pick up a phone book, and find a shop that does powder coating.

 

Did you try looking at home depot? You cant powder coat unless you have invested thousands of dollars into equpiment.

 

Yeah, this is not something you wanna try to DIY.

 

Ah, what a wonderful thread. Like others have said, check out powder coating places, unless you want to start a business of your own. Usually they can color match anything for you, and have a catalog of samples to look through.
