Default braking problem

yesterday i was on the track and i realize that if i go around 140km (80-90miles) and braking hard my back will start to fishing out, could this be my tires problem ?
i know my driver side back tire has no tread left, and my car is fishing towards left to, so is this my tire causing the problem or ...
i had a lot fun yesterday but it's kinda said i cant really go fast since my stock tire deosnt grip that much and i have to brake early due to the fishing out part ....

What compounds are you running on both the front and rear? Tires? Still have the rear spoiler on?

Check all your calipers for worn/failed seals. Check your alignment.

i just did a tune up 2 days ago, they check all my brakes they told me everything is ok. and my aligment was done not too long ago too, but i do know i have one new tires in the back tho, cause i poped a tire last year, and all i know is my left side back tire has no tread on it now compare to other three, it's like 40% left while others have 60%, will this cause the problem ?

The tread on the tire wont make a difference. If a garage "checked" your brakes they probably just did a quick visual inspection. What you need to do is pull the calipers off hte car, and inspect the inner seals on the caliper piston. If one is bad and not grabbing as hard as the other, the car will want to pull hard to one side and/or swap ends under hard braking.
