ok i just have an engine sitting around...a harness laying around and a bunch of Si plugs that i need to soder on anyway so i was wondering if i could just extend each plug about 7 inches and mount the wire harness on my firewall..

does this seem like i'll be cleaning up my engine bay a little bit or am i just going to be wasting an assload of my time?? anyone every do this?

 

go for it, It should make engine swaps way easier
