I blew the tranny on my crx a few days ago, it is a d16z6 w/ an si tranny. So i went and picked up a complete blown motor/tranny/ecu/axles for $200 cnd. from a 90 civic si that i just did a b16 swap into. Anyway, the tranny has an SL3 code on it. also the tag is in a totally different spot than my current tranny. The SL3 one has 20 splines btw. I thought all dx/si tranny's were L3's.

 

They are all L3's. Check the stamp on the casing near the pass. side axle seal. My Si trans read PL3/6000, in a fraction form.
