Default accord straight pipe question

I have a 95 accord dx 4 door and recently my muffler was making a lot of noise so i took it in to the shop to see what it was. My exhaust system was rusty and broken so it needed to be changed completely from the resonator to the muffler. Since i needed whole new piping i wanted to do a straight pipe since it would be cheaper. I was told that this was not a good idea because all accords 94 and up vibrate too much so he told me it would break right away is this true?

Are you talking about running a straight pipe || from the resonator with out muffler ... or do you mean from resonator directly to muffler..

Only year 94 had an issue of vibrations/rattling from the factory. 95+ are corrected and there is a retrofit kit availible for the 94's.

That muffler shop sounds a bit unfamiliar w/ what he's talking about.
