its a b seris header and all b seris headers will fit on all b seris heads
where the colector meats the cat is where it might have to be modified by a muffler shop

This is not entirely true. B18's are a bit taller than b16's. A stock b16 exhaust manifold will not clear a b18c, and a number of aftermarket headers developed specifically for a b16 will not clear.

i 2nd that. you probably be better off with a DC header.

Depending on how much you can score it for, I would say its worth a shot. For under $200, youre pretty much going to be getting similar or worse craftsmanship, unless you buy used.
And DC's are the pinnacle of mass produced awfully crafted headers...unless you get a DC JDM, stay away from them.

Did you read what he said? he said all b series will bolt to head but may require mods to fit elswhere

A header not clearing the oil pan/bottom of the block is not a header/cat/exhaust needing to be modified to meet each other. The only way you would be able to make a header specifically designed for a b16 fit a b18 would be to add some length to each of the primaries, which would not be cost effective at all.
