I made a topic looking for a 99 dx manual ecu. user ....... contacted me via AIM saying he had one. he asked me to send him a money order and i told him no. then he told me that i could send the money to his friend's paypal account. i had a real weird feeling about it but i did sent the money anyway. he told me if i sent the money during our conversation he would send the ecu out that day or at the latest the next day. so i sent the money and expected to get the shipping information at the very latest, by the next day. well it has been three days and still no shipping information. then I send an email to CrXRaCeR32@aol.com, this is where I sent the money. I sent him an email this morning explaining who I was, why I was contacting him and if he knew about the status of my ecu delivery. I put him on my buddy list and saw him online for quite a while earlier today but I didn't contact him because I didn't want to nag the guy, but tonight I see him on, and I still haven't gotten a response. So I IM him.

I'm going to be a little patient seeing as though it's only been a couple of days, but when I send something or conduct business via the internet I keep my word. There is a 24 hour post office right by house. I deliver as soon as I can. I never charge a flat rate of shipping i.e. $20 and send you a package with postage marked $5.98. I know what it's like to be a nervous buyer, and a conscious seller. I'm just a nervous buyer, I suppose. If I do receive my ecu or at least some sort of shipping info I will request that this post be deleted immeadiately. Thank for listening.

Update: I haven't received my money back nor have I received an ecu. I filed a complaint with Paypal and I guess that's all I can do.

money sent 10 days ago after a promise to ship ecu the same day or the next day after the money was sent. IM's have been blocked/not responded to, along with emails. Sometimes when I do contact them, they sign off.

This is crxracer32 on my friends account...I just want to straighten everything out. This is wat happened.
I received a phone call from my friend askin if he could use my paypal account to receive money for an ecu he's selling cuz its faster? I've dun this b4 so I was like ok. I receive payment that day but I'm a pretty busy person so I didn't have time to look into it. A couple days later, my friend reminds me, so I go into paypal and attempt to transfer the money to my bank account...but this process takes 3-4 days to go thru.
Now the next evening I receive an I'm from the buyer (jswpissdoff) Now I'm logged into AIM on my hiptop/sidekick cell phone, but when he IMMed me, I was in a bad area for reception....now I later drive to a better place but by then he was logged off. Then I get a I'm from MooreVtec, and he's all talkin ****. I'm like wtf yo. I call the seller (nate) and tell him to ship out the dudes stuff.
Next day I check my email, and noticed the buyer emailed me...I reply back tellin him to contact the seller and if he doenst have his contact info (which he should have, b4 even doin bizness with him) I would be happy to give him all contact info. To this day I have yet to receive a reply from him.
Well yesterday I found out about this thread, and now this is pissin me off cuz every1 is IMMing me talkin ****.
Here's the deal....I contacted the seller last nite and told him to ship the ecu out, if he doesn't give me a trackin# tonite, then I'm jus gonna send this guy his money back. *I NOT A SCAMMER* I have a high rating on paypal as well as on ebay (JdM-BRiD). I also distribute jdmarts for a well known company on the west coast, never had problems. I hate scammers too, as I have been dicked over in the past.
*a message to the buyer. I apologize for any inconvenience that his has caused. I wasn't aware that it was gettin this serious, I thought my friend handled his **** last week.
