you need to upload them, register at a site like http://www.we-todd-did-racing.com/
then after you upload it will give you a link for your picture such as this:

then all you have to do is either press the "image" button or type [ I M G ] URL OF LINKED PICTURE [ / I M G ] (minus the spaces).
ex.
