My plans for this car were to build a show/HIN worthy prelude.
I'm not sure I have the time/$/desire to do this anymore.
I think this car still has lots of potential for this, and I'd like to see it go to an owner who can see it through to completion.

I may be willing to part some things out. I may need stock parts to do some things. There are also mods on the car I will not remove due to the work to get the parts out being too much work to make it worth the $ I'd make for selling it.
