¬Camber question¬
I have a 88 crx hf with gc coilover and agx struts. Car is mainly used for street and drag, but I know you autocrossers are very knowledgeable in this area. I have it lowered so about 2 fingers fit between the tire and wheel well.
I need some professional insight on what sort of front camber kit I should get for the front. I have searced and haven't really found a clear answer on what im looking for. I saw somthing about how the 88 suspension is different at the balljoints or somthing and it should be swaped for the 90-91. Is this true?
I plan on getting my car aligned after I install a kit to correct the toe and make sure the camber is within spec. I am allready through my second set of tires and it is severly worn on the inside and there is still alot of tread left on the outside. It is very dangerous driving in the rain like this and I need it fixed badly. Any info would be greatly apreaciated, thanks.

just get an alignment done. if youre cambers that off, you got a bent knuckle or something wrong with your suspension. your car shouldnt be out of camber spec at that height. -2 degrees is fine, doesnt create any bad wear, bad toe will make bad tire wear. like i said, just get an alignment, that will solve your problems. you dont need a camber kit, but its likely toe problems, which is the only thing an alignment can change anyway.
i concur with the others! it sounds more like a toe problem than a camber problem. mine are set to -2° and you can see the negative lean but it doesn't appear to cause any excess wear. toe is usually the problem after lowering...
if you have mcphereson struts up front you probable can use "crash bolts" or honda adjustment bolts.

When you lower the car you affect alingnment. Including toe. This is whats farking up your tires.
Get it aligned, and best to gain some more knowledge about your car and suspension than "2 finger gap"
