Default C/B hoods

Im about to buy a VIS OEM style C/B hood for my accord and i wanted to know if any of u guys can tell me how i can keep my hood in good condition in good condition. Well what i mean is can i put a certain product on it every time i clean the car to keep it looking brand new for a long time. Its already UV protective but i would like to know if theres anything special i have to do to it. Thanx

c/f hood care 101 is to not get shitty hood, vis should got a lay of gelcoat already so wash it and wax the hood just like how you treat your paint,
it should be shiny and bling bling for couple of year.

or just get it re clearcoated.

ok ok i know i messed up. Its supposed to say C/F but i like the jokes. So whats better clear coat it or keep washing and waxing?

They already have a clearcoat on them, just wax it. If you stop liking the way it looks, you could always paint it

Hey man that c/b thing was kinda funny.

Taking care of a c/f hood is simple...wax when needed. I have a friend that must think they are indestructible becuase he doesn't wax it, hell he hardly ever washes his car....what a waste.

yea thats what i was thinking but wasnt sure. How many times do you wax ur car? i hear you should wax every other month , but id rather do it more often. Should i??
