crx and integra suspension

Default crx and integra suspension

will 91 integra susupension fit a 91 crx? i asked in the crx forum and no answers sorry if this is the wrong place but it seemed the next logical place! thanks in advance!

The 90-93 rear shocks are pretty much the same length as the rear 89-91 civic/crx rears so they will fit(not sure about 94-up)

BUT the front teg shocks are much taller than the rex front shocks and if you lower the rex any amount you will loose travel quickly.

Also the teg springs are taller.

To fit a front teg shock you have to use the mounting fork aswell.

so yes everything can bolt on the rex.

i have the teg rolling chassis should i just swap the disc brakes to the rex and call it a day? can i mix and match the two for a good combo? i plan on dropping it at least 1.5 inch.

The rears are longer on the integra also IIRC. You might lose a bit of travel out back also, if you swap those onto a crx.

all the rear shocks I've seen are the same length...I use revalved rear bilsteins from a teg in the back of my 89 civic and they were the same length. By "same length" I mean the bodies are the same length. Not length including the shaft.

If you are just doing it for the brakes...keep your rex suspension and just swap the rear brakes.

This is what mine looked like. koni EF vs. oem DA. Both shorter.
