Default my plugs show lean, but fuel pressure is high(45psi)

Alright I've got a '91 integra RS, I'm running crower 62403 cams with stock pistons valvetrain and timing. I've got a generic remote mount fuel pressure regulator set at 45 psi(for safety until I get it tuned), I've got a safc also but the only tuning on it is for leaning it out at idle(-15% at 1000rpm).
I've been looking over my plugs for the past few months and they appear lean, the insulator is white with just a tiny hint of brown and the post has tiny white flecks on it. It's consistant accross all four plugs. The exhaust is very sooty though.
I'm thinking it might mean that my injectors are not flowing right, but I've been using swepco 503 fairly regularly to clean the injectors(blind guess). I tested the resistance on injectors 3 and 4 and I got 3ohms on both, but I didn't check 1 and 2. could it be possible that my injectors are going bad?
If my injectors are tanking I might as well upgrade to slightly larger injectors as I plan to up the compression within a year(bought some p30 pistons), buy a skunk 2 manifold and 65mmTB, and do some porting. What size would be good? I think I heard someone using 270 injectors with a simular setup.
Any help would be great.

Default Re: (Stubbs)

my car is tuned and it just recently started running lean all of a sudduen.. ive replace just bout everything that concerns fueling except for the fuel pump.. i have good fuel pressure so i doubt its the pump.. still going to replace it with a 255lph anywayz.. but yeh, for you to end your leaning problem is to get on a dyno and have them tune with a wideband o2 sensor
