Im about to buy a set of Road Race Tires and was wondering what works the best.

I was looking at the Yokohama A0032's or the Kumho tire. 205/50/15

any one have any recommendations?

Advans seem to have slightly better grip, but last little less...but both are good choices...

I use them on the street and they make a decent auto cross tire. They are good in the rain and get better for auto cross as the ware down. Yoko's 032's are a better auto cross tire since they are softer but you will get less ware out of them and they are noisy on the street. What ever you chose it is going to be a compromise if you expect to use them for both activities. Performance VS longevity.

I have Falken Azenis's and they're awesome. Not an all-out race tire, but something you can drive on between races too. Super grippy, even in rain.

 

What Kumho tire are you asking about? V700? 712? There's no way the V700s would outlast the Advans, but they're much more sticky. 712s are a different (and harder) story.
