This has been debated before. And someone on the board has a running total of all Rs that have been reported stolen on HT. I wouldnt be surprised if the total is higher than 20%.

2 personal friends of mine had 98 R's. both got stolen

Victor has a list with at least 90 stolen or totalled on it. ITRCA has a list on it as well.

I say closer to 50% in the bay area. I remember talking to a insurance company and them telling me for every 2 R's they insure about 1 gets stolen.
shi - who wonders if even storing on the island is safe anymore
