Anyone here sporting SOHC non-VTEC engines?

i was wondering what could be the most effective wat to buil a single cam non-vtec motor without much expense.

coz im still saving up for an engine swap.

Building a motor is essentailly building a motor. Cost adds up quick and will run you about the same for labor. Save a little on parts for D-Series. About it. Not really any "cheap" way about it.

"idriveacrx" pretty much said it, those are the basics but i think its time for some internal work

Since you're going for a engine swap, dont even bother. Save your mod money for when you do get a B series under the hood.

My crew chief Derrick AKA ParrisEgnDyn is working on his 1.5L non vtec carburated motor... with a little bit of help from the 1.5L kind himself Bisi..
