Are ITR side skirts the same as regular DC2 tegs?

Are ITR side skirts the same as regular DC2 tegs?
Just wonder if the stock ITR side skirts are the same as the normal Teg's skirts? Cause I want to change my WW skirt back to stock but wasn't sure if all stock skirts are the same.

just painted, while the non ITR's are a flat-plastic black

Well not exactly the same. The Type R skirts are prepped(primered?) for painting, while the other tegs(black plastic) side skirts wont hold the paint-prone to chipping. (That is if your going to paint them; like some do)
