Best bulbs for 4gen headlights?
Ok so AFAIK the bulbs are interchangable in the stock 4gen Headlights, making it cheaper than totally new headlights (obviously). I just replaced the side marker bulbs with some amber and custom white led bulbs (I made, yay!) so I need something whiter in front. So I was wondering what is the best replacement bulb for the stock headlights? I want something 'hyper white'.
I know this sounds rice but I just want the hues to match in my lights.

ummm...i'm running with silverstars as my head lights. i kno ppl say they are over priced and dont last long, but i've had mine in fer 9 months now, and no problems. just dont touch the bulb, and you'll be fine. if you want blue bulbs, get apc or something. 9006 is low beam, 9005 is high beam.

Yes more lumens but you have a high chance in burning your headlight wiring...and the 9005 bulbs tend to burn out quicker because they are only supposed to be used as high beams... meaning quick flashes rather than staying lit the whole time...

so would you all recommend the conversion or not? I mean i know it only takes a pocketknife and like 10 min, but is it worth possibly burning out expensive bulbs/harnesses?
also, ebay the cheapest place to get em? Any certain brand? (not looking for the best here, but good quality atleast)

Use this Kelvin temperature chart to determine what kind of light you want, i would choose something from 4000K ~ 6000K (I believe this is only what the light represents, not what it actually is, this chart actually represents temperature and is more accurately used for HID's, again this is my impression, not known fact by me) im running silverstar's which represent something around 4000k

whats a good cheap place to get these (stockers and sylvania)
All I see on ebay is Silverstars..........</TD></TR></TABLE>
sylvania makes the silverstars...so i'm not quite sure what your asking. pretty much anywhere you go, silverstars are $20 a piece. so your looking at $40 for 2 bulbs. unless of course, you go the ebay route.
