does 88-91 crx's have a service connector under dash
im trying to advance my timing and i've been reading on the net on how to do it but they say you have to jump the service connector with a saftey pin . the problem is i can't find the service connector. ihave a 89 crx hf did they come with the service connectorunder the dash. thanks.

no service connector that i am aware of. loosen the bolts on the distributor, and with the car fully warmed up, make your adjustments by twisting the distributor. a timing light is a must.

the 89 service connector should be in the drivers side of the engine bay towards the front of the shock tower.

yep i asked the same question not too long ago.
90-91 crx the service plug is under the passenger dash
88-89 crx somewhere in the back of the engine bay
