ITR vs. GSR cam lift & duration???
The deal... 95 hatch with b18c1, have an opportunity to pick up some usdm R cams, and was wondering the numbers... between my stock gsr cams and itr cams, lift.. duration? and also, if i can get these cams for under 300, would that be a sufficiant upgrade, or should I save up for some different cams? I plan on tossing on a JRSC and I'm not looking for som insane stage 3's or anything. Later on if I learn the best cams for a supercharged B, ill sell these without a problem im sure. WHP comparisons from stock to itr in a gsr motor? thanks for whatever ya got.

For exact specs on both, go to the crower cams website, they have all cam specs listed. As for personal experience, I have a 94 GSR. With bolt ons, best 1/4 et was 15.1@94mph. Rebuilt w/ 11.3 compression and 2000 usdm ITR cams, best et was 14.21@98mph. Now I have Skunk2 stage 1 cams(intake same as type-r,exhaust has a little more lift and duration) and Skunk2 p28 drag program ECU, best et 13.71@101mph. The ITR cams will make a lot more power than the GSR cams, especially w/ higher compression.
