I got ripped off by this person and I want to deal with him over the phone since I'm in Colorado.

What happened is that I put in a warranty claim thru Martin because I originally purchased a set of KYB Agx shocks from H&H. I paypal'd him the cost of 2 replacement shocks. He sent me the shocks. I replaced them and returned the defective ones. He was supposed to refund me the paypal but he stopped replying to my emails.

Damn, I just found out that this Martin Holtz is the owner of H&H.

It's amazing that an owner would rip someone off over a pair of shocks.

Anyways, I ended up having to leave a message with them. Hopefully, someone will get back with me.

So how should I go about this? I have a tendency to get really aggressive and I dont think I want to take that approach with someone's wife.

 

Got it resolved. After a week of phone calls, I got my money back!!!

What had happened, according to him, is that he said he never took the payment and figured that I cancelled the paypal after returning the shocks. He said he hadnt checked his email in a while because his computer broke. Which may all be true since he apologized and went ahead and refunded me the money.
