a generic brand of coilovers..(maxspeed) such as i do and you purchase aftermarket shocks..kyb gr-2...that the cheap coilover would damage the new shocks..i plan to get new hr sport springs for my 6th gen but not for like 2 months...will it be safe running that setup until hr's come?

 

well the gr-2s arent meant for lowering anyway, just a stock replacement. so I would say yes they will be damaged, but not necesarily because of the cheap coilovers.
