how to bleed the brake system??
please help me bleed the brake system. my car has no brakes at all now. i need them by tomorrow. i took off my brake pads, and i put them back together. i drained the brake fluid, and now my car has no brakes. please help me. thanks
Not trying to be an *** or NEthing but seriously, SEARCH before asking a question like that There are tons of how to posts on this subject. I know because i learned how to bleed brakes from HT and i searched and got the help i needed. There is also a post started by me asking this same question, just search and u will find out what u need to know guranteed.
Step 1:
Fill resiviour
Step 2:
Open Bleeder valve on right rear
Step 3:
Attach clear hose to valve, dont forget to put the clear hose in a container. Have the end of the hose submerged in new fluid...watch for bubbles.
dont let the hose come out of the fluid when bleeding and have someone apply brake pedal slowly while watching for fluid to run,
Always making sure Master Cylinder doesn't go dry
Step 4: Once air bubbles are no longer coming out of vavle, close and move to left rear.
Repeat 3
Step 5:
Move to right front
Repeat 3
Step 6:
Left front
Repeat 3
Step 7:
Fill Master Cylinder to full line.
<FONT SIZE="4">MAKE SURE</FONT> the master cylinder never goes dry or you start over.
