my car dyno at 170hp at south florida performance yesterday. do you think i can hit 13's with azenis? btw my integra weigh in around 2600 with me in it.

 

Well it's hard to tell because we don't know how you drive but I would guess probably more like 14.3 to 14.5

if you can get a good 60' time, you'll be in the 14.5 range. it all depends on your driving skills! good luck! are you going to moroso on sonday? if i go i'll be in my friends light blue 96 ek, with a 00 si front end!

 

I think it's possible...Just for comparison, my old del sol dyno at 174 whp and 123 lbs of torque. The car weigh 2450 w/o me and 2600 with me in it. I ran 14.4 @ 96 mph on street tires. The 60' was 2.2. I think with a 1.9-2.0 60' on slick, it could have hit high 13's. Good luck and let us know if it does.

the best time i had was on azenis, 14.2@97.6, my 60' was 2.22. the car weigh in with me inside was around 2600.
p.s my base run was 161/117lb

mang, thats all you ran?! did u even tune the thing wit ur new toys? 0.2 drop in time...thats bad or u freaked out at the line.

 

oh the 14.2 is BEFORE tuning.

 

i ran a 13.7 with my gsr hatch it just had open jdm header and short ram intake and advanced timing ? it weighted 2320 with me in it and my 60 ft were 2.1-2.2 on street tires ( 195 50 potenzas)

 

Very doubtfull on an integra and Azenis.

 

racerboy how did you get you gsr to weigh 2320 with you in it?

 

It was a GSR Hatch not a GSR Integra

My 99 EK is 2590 with me in it....175whp......13.60-13.70's with a 2.08 60' on BFG drag radials. More often than not its the torque which people forget is a factor....170hp B16 and a 170hp B18C5 have different torque characteristics....so that is one factor also...I run a C5 so my 129ft lbs pulls a little harder than 110ftlbs

Its more than possible but you have to be a pretty decent driver to pull it off but is not impossible as some would think.

 

I'm thinking it is posible but will be tough. You will need a perfect run. I'm in a 98 ex coupe with a d16y8, cai and a 55 shot of no2. My best is a 14.89. Keep in mind the track was wet and I was on pos steelies with pos tires I'm thinking I can pull a 14.6 on a dry track with my pos tires. I'm probley putting down about 148whp

i ran a bone stock b16 with open header and slicks 13.8 in a eg talk about no torque slicks are the reason why i did that on street tires the fastest was a 14.5

 

i made 175HP with 195ftlbs torque with a LS and a 50 shot in my teg in my old set up ran a 14.1 with 14 x 6 inch slicks in vegas, it might be kinda hard to run 13s with the azeins..

 

i ran 14.2@97.6 BEFORE tuning, so i know i have a chance.

 

I ran 13.7 this last weekend in my 99 si coupe weighing in at 2375 pounds... All I have in my car is B18C-R with AEM 3" CAI, and Apexi WS Exhaust. Depending on your driving skills I could see you running 13.999 at least if you really try at it...

 

Maybe with a CRX. But certainly not in a 2600 pounds Integra. You have to figure that a stock ITR puts out somewhere around 170WHP. And it only runs 14's.

Active Aero ran a 13.70 on street tires with I/H/E.....its all about driving and traction.....

MMP was the track he ran at, they stay open year around which allows us to lay down nice times during the winter(cold air). I am projecting 14.1's@98~99mph this winter for my passat(more mods since the time you see in the sig, much more) and hopefully I will have either a B18b turbo or B18C5(can't decided between boost or n/a yet) in the civic and will be able to lay down some nice times in the civic as well.
