Apexi WS and wings west body kits....

Quick question...

Anyone with a apexi WS and wings west rear skirt for 94-97 integras....
does the rear skirt fit on your car without modification to your WS exhaust?

I have a wings west rear valiance and my oem exhaust is starting to burn through it. I looking for a replacment muffler that will no longer have this effect. Right now I'm thinking APEX-i - N1 / 5 Zigen / DC/ Hi-Tech ......

any info would be great
