i have sold countless parts on hondatech and several other boards for years now. This was the first transaction i have ever had a problem with. I sold a gsr head which i had never ran personally but had bought from someone else. When selling the head i gave the description that the original seller had given me, i had no reason to believe that anything was wrong with the head and i told "Twenty" everything i knew about it and gave him pictures of everything. I am not a master mechanic and nor did i have this head inspected, buy i informed everyone who was interested in the head about this....i had no reason to believe that anything was wrong with it. Well when "twenty" receieved the head, he had it inspected and found that it had damage done to it. I'm a very cooperative person but when he started threatening me......i stopped replying to his emails. Like i said i have sold many parts on h-t and have many people that would back me up, including all of the threads that he is not currupting. The people who bought these parts will all testify that they recieved the parts exactly how i described them

I never threatened you. I ask for a refund and what reply did I get??? NO REPLY. So until I send the head back and I get my money back from you, then I am going to ruin your sales on every board I visit. SO YOU MAKE THE CALL. GIVE me my money back and I will return the head. In the same condition and box that you sent it to me in.

Funny thing that you sold a "ported" head after buying it. Admit it you new all along. You told me you took it off and sent it to portflow.

i never said that i took it off, i said from the very begining that the prior owner had sent it to portflow, the head looked brand new and had work done around the valves so i had no reason but to believe him

phill is probably my best friend in florida, and i'm familiar with the deal between him and the disgruntled trial user from california. he purchased the gsr head from someone who said it was in excellent shape, with a mild port and polish...and made this absolutely clear when he decided to sell it...looking at the head, it appears to be in excellent shape and it was never suspected by anyone that the previous buyer was lying about its condition. phil has also tried to reach a deal with Twenty36_1 about having the head fixed by a machine shop...or putting the head back on ebay...seeing what it brings and splitting the difference with Twenty36_1. obviously when used parts are being sold...these things happen and to the best of my knowledge phil is trying to work this out.

Dude you don't know a damn thing, yesterdaqy he IM me, before that he NEVER contacted me. AND I told him if we reach a mutual agreemant then I will retract all of my prior statements. UNTIL them shup your mouth. AND I wasn't a trial user at teh time eiother so again you are wrong.
