ok im new and wanting to learn about this so bare with me..
1)so what is the sole purpose of getting an angled valvejob?
2)whats the difference between a 3 angle and 5 angle?
3)what kinda gains can you see from getting this done to a built motor

ok... lets say u have a square... you cut the corners of an now you have an octogon. it looks more round, like a cirle. cut of the new corners and it looks mor like a circle. well giving a valve a 3 angle valve job is so the air flows bye the valve easier and faster. for example:

It's not only the number of angles but also what the angles are and the width of those angles and the placement of the seat angle on the valve and the location of the seat in relation to the combustion chamber.

You can talk for hours to a good head porter about this, that's how important it is.
