Well after thinking about it for awhile I finally did it. I bought a SR20DET for my 92 Sentra SE-R. My setup is as follows for now.

Bluebird DET (with the stock top mount intercooler for now)
3" downpipe with electronic cutout
Clutch Specialties clutch
SAFC
No A/C
No power steering (swapped in a manual steering rack)

Now all I got to do is get it all together and in the car. Then got to go get some tuning after that. Anyone ever do any work with a SR20DET before?

 

I've got some 550cc/min greddy's if you wantem :-P

 

Im trying to keep it simple and kinda stock for right now until I get the hang of a turbo engine. This is my first one and I would like to keep the spending to a minimum for right now.

 

kewl. you will have with an sr20det. and lots of it! just dont mis-shift or overrev!

 

Are you saying that I will have fun with the SR20DET? I had fun with the stock SR20DE so Im sure I will have alot more with the turbo. Cant wait to get it up and running.

Well I got the whole swap for about 1400 buks with the ecu. I could have swapped on a DET turbo kit onto my engine but it had 136k on it and I didnt want to take any chances.
