Ok you know when you turn your ignition to the on switch, you can hear your fuel pump turn on and make a humming noise.. Well it turns off like normal but once I start the car up theres constanstly a noise coming from the gas tank and Im assuming is has something to do with the fuel pump since thats the only electrical thing down there
