transmission TORQUE CONVERTER
My 1989 TORQUE CONVERTER seems locked up. The car has 125.000 mi. on it. shifts in gear but will stall out because the TORQUE CONVERTER seems locked. I know that it sholuld do that going down the highway but should unlock in the city. Any ideas.
