We just got these in and I threw one onto my Civic to see how the fitment was. Fits damn good with no gaps and no problems on the side. If you're interested in one, just PM me for a price but I'll post it up onto our website later this week. Just wanted to show you 96-98 Civic front end folks some fitment pictures of the new "actual" CTR lip that we now have. Looks pretty good to me and better than the "Type R style" lip for that particular bumper (and much better than the Mugen style lip.... that thing hanged real low that it would hit a lot of things).

 

I LOVE the actual CTR lips. Thanks for starting to carry them! If the price is right I will pick up another (actually have 2 98 EKs (or EJs for you nit pickers) sitting in the driveway!). Heres a picture with mine installed (yours seems to have better fittament too!)

BTW, forgot to add..... they're made of ABS but are still flexible, and they're all white in color (for now... we're working with our supplier to try to get black ones). I opened up 3 random lips to see how each fit and all of them fit perfectly onto my new "Honda-certified" bumper. Click on the link above to see upclose pictures of how it fits the bumper.

Now I just need to get my car painted .

 

When I get money one day I'm going to get one of those, a new bumper, a CTR grill, and the rear CTR lip...

Anybody know if installing an OEM Honda lip like this one would damage the paint on the bumper like what happened with this one?

I think that's just dirt and tape.. or it looks like it anyways.

 

I like that lip, but I also like the Spoon lip a lot more. ;}

Looks good.. if I had an EK though, I'd probably go with the Wings West version.

the wings west version is perfect and flawless and fits just as good as a OEM CTR lip
