Thinking about getting new seats and was wondering what other people had. Do you have racing seats or different then what came stock? What kind, and are the comfortable?

 

del Sols are nice. not much padding.

Sparco Pro2000 is a great race seat.

GSRs sit a little higher than del Sols but lower than stock, cloth is better than leather.

 

I will be getting set of Sparco Torino's in a month or so. They seem to be REALLY nice

 

i got tenzo touring seats for 450 shipped with sliders off ebay....very nice seat....booked at 299 a seat....i got a good deal

I just abought a drivers seat from airdynamicracing.com for $189 shipped.

They call them axe racing seats, should be here in a week and I'll let everyone know how they feel. I like the del sol seats, not much padding, but they're definetly nice.

I was thinking about getting a couple of the grey ones from airdymanicracing for my car, did you get them in yet? I want to know how they look and what the material is like.

if a seat can be bought at pepboys... what the hell are you expecting? Those seats are ****, and if you are looking for something that is worth a damn, and you dont want crap in your car then go out and spend the money nessesary. Youll be happier in the end...

 

Well what would you suggest for the grocery getter? It's a daily driver and I am not planning on taking it to the track, I just want something more comfy.

 

Ive got a Corbeau A4 and I like it....only for supa skinny people though.

 

94+ Integra seats in cloth....firm, lower than stock and you can pick up a pair for about 200-300 bucks with sliders. OEM Honda....great quality and will last a long time at the same time hold their value.

had del sols for a while, nice because of low price, side support at the shoulders and they sit lower than any other stock seat.

then moved to sparco ultras.. a 12# fiberglass race bucket with 5 point harness holes. mounted them to my stock rails using aluminum barstock. very simple. pics of the seats are on my homepage, soon I will add the mount pics.

added an autopower bolt in rollbar to prevent crushing my head in a rollover since the seats are not recliners and at times I use them with harnesses.

I love the ultra's cushion, fit (5'8", 36" waist, 180 lbs) and their side suport. plus they were $600 shipped per pair on a best buy a few years ago on honda-tech.

 

I did check out the search and have finally decided on the del sol seats. I'm surprised that the RSX's were so low on the list. I was going to checkout the Sparco's, but we have one in the hatch and it sits so low that I have to practically sit on a friggin phone book to see over the dash! I guess it's off to the junkyard again!

I just installed my ITR seats and they are really nice. Got them pretty cheap so not sure if it's worth the usually cost of $1500.

I have a Corbeau Forza. It is not reclinable, but I don't mind. It holds you in pretty well.

I actually ordered one of the grey seats. I'll let everyone know all about it when it arrives.
