If you're trying to go for a very professional, nice sounding exhaust that lets you get respect on the street, and at the same time will allow you and your girl to talk to each other without yelling one another's ear off, I would go with the HKS Hiper exhaust. I would also think of the 5 Zigen as my second choice. Apexi World Ones would also be good.
DO NOT go purchase a custom exhaust that some one says that they would make for about $200 and you pick out your muffler. If you want a Cat-back, get one that is created fully for the manufacturer.
1) If you need to sell it, you can be sure that the exhaust will fit on another Integra without worry. A custom one from just a shop might not fit anyone elses. (Just in case you need to sell it, or the car.)
2) You can be sure of the quality of the exhaust without fear of rust, lack of quality, or worry.
