Which seats for EG
i love my del slow seats cuz they sit low, are very comfortable, and hold u nicley around turns. sure there are seats that hold u better around the shoulder area, but you cant beat $150-300 for two seats

I believe the Speed seats are NON adjustable. That would suck for a daily driver.
I'll agree on the del Sol seats. They look stock so it doesn't attract too much attention away from the whole car. I have them and LOVE them. They fit me better than other seats such as RSX-S seats that my friend has in his civic.
Good idea is to go to a meet, show, or track and look at what others have and try them out. MOST guys will let you try out their seats. See what fits YOU best.

I have tried the Sparco Speed seats. My friend has them in his integra. They are comfortable, but non reclinable. I think that they are the best non-reclinable seats for the price, but there are some disadvantages with things being inexpensive, such as quality.
Also, has anyone had Sparco SPeed seats and had any problems with them

93 to 96 prelude seats: adjustable lumbar support, comfortable, low key, and brackets bolt right up, no modification needed...here's a pic of mine this an EM-1 though just to get an idea (SI)
