moding a camper trailer to tow a car
I have the opertunity to buy a 23' camper tailer for $1000
I was thinking that I might be able to modify it to use to tow my car eventually.
2 options i was thinking of: strip the trailer completly down to the frame, attatch some type of deck and ramp and call it a day or gut the interior of the trailer and fabricate some type of ramp/door at the rear to pull the car in and also reinforce the decking inside
Are these ideas completly nuts or might it be worth it?
I might be jumping ahead right now buy buying it considering I dont have a tow vehical of my own right now, but if its a good deal i dont want to pass it up

i'd buy a good trailer for $1500. extra 500 is what youll put into it all to modify the camper. and who's to say if the camper can HOLD the amount of weight of a car inside.

That is a conserative estimate IMHO. If you were doing all the welding, etc, it might be close.
