b series ac bracket

Would this function the same as the HASport ac bracket?

Not unless you got all the SiR A/C componets. That is like a stock bracket from the B16 the Hasport one is so you can run the D-series compressor on the b16.

Go with HCP engineering. There cheaper and work just as well.
