They look like CTR headlights to me. Looks just like our SI. (btw thats IS300 gray paint..not black)

those aren't CTR lamps, CTR lamps don't have a corner reflector, and that thing in the head lamp that dims the bulb is gone. they're also a different color, they're more of a smoked charcoal color instead of black. those are definately DIY because aftermarket black housing headlights all have clear reflectors. i have never seen an aftermarket head lamp with an amber corner.

its not ctr lights.
they regular stock 99-00 headlights.
he smoked them.
plus his car has been for sale for a about a year now i think
