Well, I've been charged $50 & $80 before. Now I just do it myself.

If you don't have a spring compression i'd suggest the pros. Very dangerous. They should charge around $65 labor. Good luck.

 

thanx guys..yea i was asking him about renting a spring compressor and he said to watch out about something popping out and hitting me or somethin...i thought he was joking...but i guess not

 

G3 Integra are notorious for seized bolts through the lower control arm (LCA), I recently had this happen to me on a '96 GSR, what should have been a simple job ended up requiring new bolts and LCAs as the shop had no choice but to cut the bushings on the LCA (therefore destroying them) to get everything apart.
