First post on the board so bare with me.
I own a 90 crx si with a zc in it, when I give it alot of gas the rpm gauge jumps allll over the place it will start climbing from let's say 2500 and just jump to 5500 and then go to something other bogus rpm reading. Has anyone ever heard of this happening? any posts are appreciated, thanx.

no someone who had a similiar problem, he took it to the dealership and it ended up being loose connections inside the distributer
