I already searched the "how to put x brakes on Y car", and I still have a few questions...
I own a '93 SI and a '92 CX, and I want to put the rear discs from the SI onto the CX... what do I have to swap?
1) The whole rear arm....
2) do I need the prop valve?
3) Brake booster?
4) master cylinder?
Anything else?

I think that the MC's are both the same: 15/16.
The proportioning valve controls front to rear,
so if you are adding rear discs I would use one
from a car with rear discs. Its not like its hard,
and I think that it is worth it.

Is there a marking on the MC's that will let me know if they're the same?
Also, will the e-brake cables present problem?

no the CX one is 13/16, it's molded into the side of the MC.
The ebrake cables will need to be swapped.
The whole trailing arm doesn't necessarily have to swapped, just the hubs. But supposedly it's just simpler swapping the entire arm.

So, new list:
1) trailing arm
2) ebrake cables
3) MC
4) prop. valve
To confirm, is this complete and correct?

Wanna do it right?
Swap EVERYTHING that's different from the SI to the CX.
Front calipers, steering knuckles, rear soft lines, rear trailing arms (or hubs), master cylinder, prop valve, booster, and parking brake cables.
The Si's system is slightly different. So, to have the natural balance that Honda intended, it would be best to switch everything.
However, the hacks on here will point out that it will work out if you just do the rears, but it won't be perfect.
Interested at all in an article I wrote last year about Honda brakes? It's long, but I'll post it if you're interested.
