How hard is it to replace the front brake rotors on a G2 Integra? Mine are warped and need turning or replacing, and I'd like to save some money... I don't have much experience with working on cars, but I'm pretty decent at figuring stuff out... I don't have any sprcial tools, but I do have a bunch of socket wrenches... is this something I can do myself or will I need to take the car into a shop? I've heard that with some cars replacing the rotors is as easy as changing a tire, but I'm not sure if my Integra is like this or not...

 

You can do it! Just believe in yourself! I don't think you'l have any problems as long as you are patient. A HELMS manual is an awesome thing to have handy whenever you are doing ANYTHING to your Integra. Good Luck!

 

Thanks for the advice, I've been meaning to get that manual. Do you know what tools are needed to remove the rotors? Like what size sockets? I have some metric ones but not that many... it seems like every time I want to do something to my car I have to go buy another metric socket lol...
