To pull or not to pull that is the "?"
Not to pull. These are vent points and they are on the sidewall and on the contact patch of the slick, they provide an escape route for the gasses that occur in the curing process, and by pulling on them or pulling them off It can cause a air leak. This is your High Tech Tip for the month, Thanks for listening.

Well lets just say you are talking to a racer's, and you reach down and grab one of the vent points and pull it right off the slick, that right their can cause a air leak. I hope this helps. John@M&H
