I searched for it and all i got was the #'s for an h23, I need an H22a, .. help please

What is the compression in each cylinder supposed to be on a 96 h22a1?

mine is 180 across the board, should it be around 205 or 215?

180 is ok... did you do it with the injectors unplugged and WOT?
