22x8x15 vs 24.5x8x13 slicks ????

Ok what is the over all hieght diffence between the 2 slick sizes ????

one is 22 inches high and the other is 24.5. The 24.5 will have significantly more sidewall especially in a 13.

It just depends on your overall FD and the overall gear in 4th. John@M&H

Sorry and depends what you want to turn in RPM and speed threw the traps.

well w/ the 24.5's i was ending the traps in top of 3rd like i have tried a set of 20x8x14's and im at the top of 4th i guess ill be in the middle of 4th w/ the 22's its a cable y1 tranny w/ a 4.2 final drive which sucks big ones

if you don't mind me asking what kind of power are you putting down or atleast what your set-up is because for an all-motor car the 24.5's might be overkill unless you are makin serious power, plus you may have clearance issues with the 24.5's depending on your suspension set-up.

i put down 190 134 w/ full exhaust im sure on a cold night i can pick up a few horse and w/ no exhaust also but i used the 24.5 before they were nasty big im gonna slap these on tonight and try them down my street and see how they work then im gonna hit the track tom. night
