why the CIVIC heater core (under dash) does not work with the INTEGRA climate control??? i get ICE COLD air blowing for the a/c, but the heater does not work....any ideas?? (ps, i did an ITR dash swap) thanks in advance

 

Check to see if the wire that controls the flap is the proper length. Also check the water valve to see if it opens and closes properly. As long as you have hot radiator fluid flowing through the pipes and the heater core then you should have heat, unless you have a bad/leaking heater core.

 

well len, i KNOW my heater core is in good condition......i will check to see if the wire is proper length.....thanks for the help

 

well the wire appears to be the proper length....it is just the same as the civic's wire controller ( the door puller)......i'm thinking it may be electrical.....any help is appreciated, and thanks again for the above input

ok it's getting cold out....any ideas??

is there a difference between civic and integra a/c harness??? it plugged right up, but now the heater doesnt kick on....

can anybody inform me onhow to tell if the "heater door" is working??
